We will be conducting some routine maintenance and patching of our systems on February 24, 2026 from 19:00-22:00 UTC. There will be brief interruptions to the Sync site during this time for some customers, WebSync, Portal, Syncing and Scheduled Tasks will be unavailable and/or not processed. After the maintenance window is closed WebSync and Portal will be available. Additionally, Syncing will resume and any pending Scheduled Tasks will be processed utilizing our automated retry system.
